Paneer Kebabs

Ingredients

  • Grated paneer - 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Chpopped green chillies - 1
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/8 th tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/8 th tsp
  • Chaat maspala powder - 2 pinches
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs (just for dusting) - 1/2 cup
  • Refined oil - 3 tbsp

Directions

Mash the boiled potato and mix the grated paneer, the spices, and rest of the ingredients except the bread crumbs together.

Make small tikkis out of the mixture and coat them with bread crumbs.

Rest them in the fridge for about 20 minutes, shallow fry them in little oil, on a pan.

Serve with chutney or sauce.
