Marinate the chicken with curd, cream, lime juice, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and garam masala powder, salt.
Heat oil in a pan/tawa, fry the marinate chicken, till little brown.
Now add the rest of the marinade and cook on a low flame till done.
Heat another pan with some oil, ghee, add Tej patta, dry red chillies and chopped coriander leaves. Put this tadka into the chicken . Serve.
