Make a paste of green chillies nd coriander leaves & stems together with very little water.
Heat a kadhai with with refined oil, add the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
Once they smell, add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for few more minutes. Then add the green chilly nd coriander paste. Stir and add the chicken pieces.
Add salt and coriander powder and give it a mix. Cook on a low flame till the chicken is almost done.
Add water for the gravy and bring upto boil.Give a final check for salt and serve.
